At Keep Rewarding ("we", "us", "our", "Company") , we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognise that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind.
The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.
Some of our services require you to register for an account. Keep Rewarding asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, mailing address, email address, and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service.
You are not required to provide this information, it is entirely voluntary. However, if you should choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with any services.
You may be required to submit identification in order to verify your account before rewards can be sent to you. This has been outlined in our Terms of Service.
Cookies & Other Technologies
Upon your visit to Keep Rewarding, a cookie or other similar technology is sent to your computer. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.
Cookies and/or other similar technologies we use collect a variety of relevant information. This information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services and to better understand how people interact with us. Keep Rewarding does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. You can learn more about cookies by visiting www.allaboutcookies.org. However, some Keep Rewarding features or services may not function properly without cookies.
We will sometimes share some high level information with our partners and advertisers that we work with and those we seek to work with. This is not linked to any information that could personally identify you. This is normally statistics such as how many members we have, daily visits to the site, country demographics etc. This is required so that we can gain new partnerships and grow our potential.
There are some circumstances where we may share some personally identifiable information with the companies and networks we work with. The usual circumstance for this would be when approaching a network to help resolve a credit issue or an issue with your account, for example to lift a restriction on your account. We may need to provide them with information including, but not limited to, your username, e-mail address and your IP address. Normally we only do this with your consent as members ask us to contact the companies we work with to help resolve issues. These companies will only use your information to the extent necessary to perform their functions.
There are a limited number of scenarios where we may disclose your personal information, without first seeking your consent, which are as follows. If required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to prevent fraud, cyber crime, to protect Keep Rewarding or the rights, property or personal safety of any person.
In the event the Company goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' Personal Information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred, unless such a transfer will violate any applicable law.
We may share certain personal and non-personal data with third parties for various purposes, including, without limitation, identifying third party survey opportunities for you, facilitating your participation in a third party survey(s), tracking your survey activity, addressing survey quality issues, and incentive/reward fulfilment. As some of these third parties may reside outside of the European Union/European Economic Area, data may be transferred, processed, and stored outside of the country in which you reside, including to/in the United States.
As already outlined in our Terms of Service, we provide what are known as Public Services. These are considered to be in the public domain, therefore any information you share in these areas is considered public. We discourage members from giving out personal information to others within the public domain, even if it is to other members.

Only allowing those who have been authorised, to gain access to your personal information and limit them to the minimal amount required in order to allow them the ability to carry out their role.
We store the information on secure servers located in the USA. We also store backups on secured hard drives to ensure that should there be any data loss, we have the ability to restore our Service to a period in time. By submitting your information to us, you agree to the use of these processes as outlined.

However this would mean we would have to delete your account entirely and you would no longer be able to access our Service. Please note some information may need to be retained for prevention of fraud and abuse, or other legal obligations. This will normally be in special circumstances, for example to protect Keep Rewarding and its services from future abuse/damage from known sources of fraud for which we may need to retain information such as, but not limited to, IP addresses to prevent future access. We will inform you at the time of your request if we need to retain certain information and why. You will need to open a Trouble Ticket with the Subject: Delete Account and we can take care of this for you.
